Harish Shankar clears all about Gudilo Badilo song controversy

Gudilo Badilo song from Allu Arjun’s upcoming film Duvvada Jagannadham received thumping response from the audience but landed into controversy as some Brahmin sections opposed the lyrics. According to Brahmin community, the lyrics have hurt the sentiments of Brahmin community and demanded an apology from the producers.

As the controversy is grabbing headlines, Harish Shankar responded on it through an interaction with TV9. Harish said that they have no intention to degrade any caste and requested not to misinterpret the lyrics. He further clarified that no scene in the film will hurt the Brahmin community.

Harish also explained that due to busy schedule he kept away from responding on the issue till now. The lyrics for the song were penned by Sahiti. In the film, Allu Arjun plays a Brahmin caterer who starts a secret mission on a strong motive.
