Legendary actress biopic shooting commences finally

Mahanati is one of the most awaited projects in TFI. The film will be based on the life story of the legendary actress Savitri. Young director Nag Ashwin will direct the film.

As per the latest reports, the film’s regular shooting was commenced from yesterday. The pooja ceremony has been held and the makers revealed the first pictures. Keerthy Suresh is the lead actress in the film and she will reprise the role of Savitri in the movie.

Samantha will be seen as a journalist. The film also stars Prakashraj, Anushka and Dulquer Salman will be seen in other crucial roles. Vyjayanthi Movies and Three Angel Studios will be bankrolling the movie.
